Trust Policy

(hereinafter referred to as 'the Company') has established the following review management policy for the review management platform 'U-KOMI', which emphasizes reliability and transparency. This policy clearly states the Company's commitment in verifying, publishing, and using reviews.


Article 1 (Verification of Review)

  • 1.U-KOMI performs automatic review verification based on order history from partner e-commerce platforms (Shopify, EC-CUBE, COLOR ME, etc.).
  • 2.An e-commerce business may present evidence of an order and request manual verification if a particular review is unrelated to the order.
  • 3.Verified reviews are given a 'Verified Buyer' badge, a visual assurance of their credibility.

Article 2 (Request for Review)

  • 1.Buyers receive emails or messages (e.g., on line) from the e-commerce provider requesting a review, depending on their preferences.
  • 2.An automatic reminder feature can facilitate the submission of reviews.
  • 3.E-commerce businesses can request reviews from past customers or send requests directly to specific customers.
  • 4.Any review may receive a public or private reply from the EC operator.

Article 3 (Review Submission)

  • 1.Customers can submit reviews in the following ways
    ・ Review submission form placed on website
    ・ Review submission form by e-mail
    ・ Review Submission Form by LINE
    ・ Review submission form via QR code
    ・ Other Review Submission Form
  • 2.Visitors without a purchase history can also submit a review, but will not receive a Verified Buyer Badge.
  • 3.EC businesses can choose the name format (generic name, order name, nickname) for review contributors.

Article 4 (Display of Reviews Outside the Store)

  • 1.Reviews can be displayed outside the store by enabling the following features
    • SKU, MPN, GTIN: These product identifiers are used as product IDs in Google Shopping (Automatic Product Reviews XML stream).
    • App Connector: Enabling this feature allows U-KOMI and other installed plug-ins and applications to share reviews.

Article 5 (Editorial Policy)

  • 1.Minor corrections, such as grammatical errors or formatting issues, are permitted. However, the star rating cannot be changed.
  • 2.After modification, the reviewer is sent a change notice and can approve or reject the modification.
  • 3.U-KOMI staff will be notified of all reviewer corrections and rejections.

Article 6 (Use of Reviews)

  • 1.Reviews can be imported from other applications or plug-ins and managed on U-KOMI.
  • 2.If a 'Verified Buyer' badge is to be assigned to an imported review, the purchase history must be verified.
  • 3.Reviews can be shared on Google Shopping and other platforms.

Article 7 (Assurance of Safety and Transparency)

  • 1.Even with the free plan, 'Verified Buyer' badges, review requests, and reply functions are available.
  • 2.A medal granting system is in place to maintain the credibility and transparency of the review process.

Article 8 (Import of Review Assets)

  • 1.U-KOMI can import reviews from other applications or CSV files.
  • 2.Only when the purchase history has been verified can a 'Verified Buyer' (Verified Buyer) badge be assigned to an imported review. Please contact U-KOMI for this verification.
  • 3.Data that can be imported includes the following items
    ・ Product ID
    ・ Reviewer's name (optional)
    ・ Nickname (optional)
    ・ E-mail address (optional)
    ・ Subject of review submission (optional)
    ・ Review text
    ・ Review Rating
    ・ Review Submission Date
    ・ Publication Status
