We'll in particular:
- 1.On reviewers' request, send all the reviewer data that stores have gathered and processed (right to access and right to be informed).

AUTHENTICITY OF REVIEWS
We provide our users with access to features that allow them to abide by the Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA), which is enforced by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and the Directive (EU) 2019/2161 of the European Parliament in order to maintain the authenticity and transparency of our apps and platforms.
By doing this, consumers are safeguarded in their right to express unvarnished opinions about the goods and services offered by the company using U-KOMI.
We use order history evidence to verify reviews, and we encourage all reviews—even negative ones—to be posted by our users.
Additionally, we honour retailers by awarding them with various medals, including those for transparency, authenticity, top shops, top trending shops, verified reviews, and monthly records.
To demonstrate their social proof to potential customers, businesses can display these medals on the listings of their online stores and review sites.
Policy on Fraudulent and Spam Reviews
Definition of Fraudulent Reviews and Spam Practices
Fraudulent reviews are defined as actions where users intentionally post false information that skews the evaluation of products or services. This includes reviews made for monetary rewards or other personal gain. Spam practices refer to posting irrelevant content or submitting multiple identical reviews.
Detection Methods for Fraudulent Reviews and Spam Practices
We have implemented automated detection systems to identify unusual patterns in review submissions. Regular audits of reviews are conducted, and machine learning algorithms are used to flag content suspected of being spam or fraudulent. Additionally, investigations are performed based on user reports.
Measures Against Fraudulent and Spam Reviews
Reviews deemed fraudulent or spam by the site administrators may be removed or hidden. If fraudulent behavior is repeated, the corresponding email address or IP address may be restricted from submitting further reviews. If the fraudulent activity causes harm to third parties, legal actions may be taken.
Reporting Process
If fraudulent reviews or spam practices are discovered, users can report them via the contact form or designated email address. Investigations will be conducted, and appropriate actions will be taken accordingly.
