U-KOMI has integrated with “Rakuuru Cart,” an online store setup service provided by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd.

1. Overview of Features

U-KOMI, provided by Subspire Co., Ltd., is a high-performance review ASP service trusted by many popular e-commerce sites, allowing shops to display reviews and star ratings (a 5-point scale represented by ★) on their product pages. Other features include “review submission directly from review request emails (dynamic emails)”“a proven track record of improving response rates through a proprietary email delivery algorithm (typically around 1–2% → around 10%)” and “review data analysis (to track changes in conversion rates and traffic).” By displaying reviews, you can instill a sense of confidence in customers considering a purchase, which is expected to lead to sales.

(1) System Integration with Rakuru Cart

When a merchant ships a product via Rakuru Cart, sending a shipping notification email automatically syncs the order data with U-KOMI, which then automatically sends a review request email to the customer. This allows merchants to use U-KOMI without any additional effort.

① A buyer places an order for a product at a shop on Rakuru Cart

② When the merchant sends a shipping notification email from the Rakuru Cart management screen upon shipping the item, the order data is synced with U-KOMI

③ U-KOMI automatically sends a review request email to the customer

In compatible email clients, the review form appears directly within the email, allowing customers to easily submit a review without having to open another page.

④ Reviews posted by customers are displayed on the merchant’s shop page
