U-KOMI is pleased to announce the launch of its AI review summarization feature.
1. About the AI Review Summary Feature
AI automatically analyzes and summarizes existing reviews, and displays the summary results at the top of the reviews as “Review Summary.”
It also selects and displays up to five keywords (topics).
Furthermore, the selected keywords are rated based on three criteria: “Good,” “Average,” and “Bad.”
If the rating is “Good,” a checkmark appears to the left of the keyword. If the rating is “Average,” no mark is displayed. If the rating is “Bad,” a minus sign appears.
This feature is currently available only on the Enterprise Plan.
To enable this feature, simply turn on “Display AI Review Summary” in the admin panel.
