U-KOMI is pleased to announce the launch of its AI review summarization feature.
1. About the AI Review Summary Feature
The AI automatically analyzes and summarizes existing reviews, displaying the summary results at the top of the review section as "Review Summary."
Additionally, the system selects and displays up to five keywords (topics).
Furthermore, the selected keywords are evaluated based on three criteria: "Good," "Average," and "Bad."
If the evaluation is "Good," a checkmark appears to the left of the keyword. If the evaluation is "Average," no mark appears. If the evaluation is "Bad," a minus sign appears.
This feature is currently available only on the Enterprise Plan.
To enable this feature, simply turn on "Display AI Review Summary" in the admin panel.
