1. What is the AI Review Reply Feature? Streamlining Customer Service with AI
— Overview of the AI Review Reply Feature
The AI analyzes reviews posted by users and automatically generates appropriate replies. For reviews written in English, replies are automatically generated in English, making the feature compatible with multiple languages, not just Japanese.
You can choose from three reply tones—"Formal," "Polite," and "Casual"—and set one tone as the default. If you do not set a default, you can change the tone depending on the review.
Additionally, if there are specific phrases or items you wish to set as defaults, you can enter additional instructions and configure them (*1).

*1 Additional instructions can be set within a limit of 250 characters.

From the U-KOMI admin panel, when replying to a review, clicking "Generate Review Reply with AI" will automatically create a reply.
You can also configure default settings under "AI Review Reply Settings" in the "Review Settings" section of the U-KOMI admin panel. By enabling automatic generation, a reply will be created automatically when you reply to a review, without needing to click the "Generate Review Reply with AI" button.
This feature is available starting with the Standard Plan.
