HOW WE KEEP REVIEWS HONEST

Reviews come mainly from real purchasers

U-KOMI's review requests are automatically sent via email or LINE to customers who actually purchased the product. Third parties cannot just drop random reviews.

VerificationBy syncing with order data, the review form is delivered primarily to customers with a purchase history.

Both good and bad reviews are published

To prevent stores from hiding only the unfavorable reviews, publication ratios are made visible through our medal system. Only stores that run their reviews honestly earn high-rank certifications.

Editing is limited to a narrow scope

Stores may edit reviews only to remove personal information, fix typos, or improve readability. Edits that change meaning — like flipping “easy to use” into “hard to use” — are prohibited by our guidelines.
